Once the landlord approval process had been completed, the staff were all helpful and keeping us informed about the next steps, and helping to set everything up for the move in day, which under the current circumstances is very welcome.
The only area I would suggest it can be even better, is if your application is handles by one dedicated agent, I have had various contact with the whole team I think ( who were all very nice).
