We have recently engaged with Savills estate agents who helped us buy our new home. Richard Brooks has shown us around the house during the viewing. He answered all the relevant questions patiently. Since the offer has been accepted, Richard kept the communication channels open to keep us updated during the conveyancing process which took 6 months (due to covid). Even when he was away, he ensured that his team kept us in the loop. Nearer to the contract exchange, he liaised with his clients and other estate agents up the chain to help facilitate resolution of the outstanding queries. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend Savills and specifically Richard as an estate agent.

It's easy to think that marketing a property is a reasonably straightforward job and, on the face of it, that's true - almost any agent would do..... But all we can say is that we are delighted to have chosen Savills to handle our sale and, specifically, to have had Troy Budd as our assigned agent and focal point throughout. At all critical stages he was proactive, facilitating and driving forward the sale process. From quickly placing the house on the market (supported by an excellent brochure), supervising the viewings through to brokering and optimising the offer and agreement process However, where he really excelled was in the important phase that you never see on Location, Location, Location - the conveyancing phase (i.e prior to any formal agreement being reached). This threatened to become bogged down in mindless legal technicalities. Troy was on it throughout and proved an invaluable go-between in breaking the log jam between all parties - seller, buyer and their respective solicitors; something that no other party is able to do. This ensured the sale was completed successfully, some weeks earlier than it would otherwise have done. Herein lies the true value of an agent and it is where Savills effortlessly justified their fee. Of particular note was his extremely prompt and efficient communications, always quick to phone back if he was unable to take a call and always recording important developments in a brief email. He progressed issues without prompting, judged different situations intelligently and was fearless in making difficult calls to the buyer. Overall, an unqualified recommendation.

Layla Stubbs is by far the best lettings agent I have come across in Bristol. I had 20+ viewings in Bristol, which you could imagine was utterly stressful and to make it worse the agents were so rude and incompetent and kept cancelling viewings with me once I made my commute from London.
