She was so easy to contact throughout the tenancy and always willing to help. She is by far the best estate agent I have come across at managing a property.
Then during the tenant swap, she was very kind and always answered my texts/calls and emails. Oona’s haste and excellent communication were vital to my anxieties throughout the swap. I understand this was probably out of her job role, and I can’t express my gratitude to her enough.
I also have appreciated how helpful Hope has been at getting the documents though on time.
Overall I am very happy with the letting game and really appreciate how incredible your agents are.

These are vital factors and we found ourselves trying to figure this all out ourselves with the help of a neighbor and the landlord. The property was also not clean and we had to spend 3-4 hours cleaning the property, feedback was given about this via email.

However Sarah & Tia at The Letting Game were fast to respond and extremely helpful, letting us see the flat the next day and were very flexible to our needs. They were extremely fast to get the ball rolling, managed to speak to the landlord straight away (a task that some estate agents take months to complete!) and called us back with an answer to our queries in a matter of hours. We haven't moved in yet so cannot comment on responsiveness to any maintenance issues, but judging by our relationship so far I doubt there will be any problems. Would definitely recommend! Cheers.

J. H.Super friendly staff, but so much room for improvement in terms of organization and communication. We have 4 or 5 different people contacting us about overlapping topics. The staff do not seem to communicate to one another at all which puts the onus on the customer to most of the work to sort out issues. A simple solution that would have a big impact on their service is using a group email that they then use a program to assign the emails out to one another, so there's coverage when people are off and so the customer doesn't have to keep track of so many people and the different emails and issues each individual is handling.
