If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!! I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma! Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages! She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions! Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer! I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!! If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!

Cannot recommend Westcoast Properties enough. We were debating using Purple Bricks because of the cheap rates but Helen and Emma's local knowledge persuaded us to go with Westcoast instead. We are so glad we made this decision as the service we have receieved has been worth every single penny. Once we had accepted an offer, Beth Nash took over as the 'sales progressor' and she has been the only person keeping us sane throughout the highs and lows of selling and buying a house. Beth is professional, personable and incredibly proactive. She is really worth her weight in gold and the process of moving would be much less stressful if everyone in the process could be more like Beth! This is the second time we have dealt with West Coast Propeties, and what an absolute dream they have been to deal with. This time was an agonising 8 month process! Due to shocking solicitors. But, Throughout the whole process west coast couldn't have done enough for us, In particular Bethany, I must of rang Beth hundreds of times. And she didn't once feel like I was putting her out. When looking for a new home, I was introduced to Westcoast Properties and a nice gentleman called Mr L. Rhodes. I met him at a few viewings and he was a pleasant chap each and every time.
