I have used with Boulton and Griffiths for both the rental and sale of my flat. On both occasions they were always friendly, helpful and professional. The contract stage of the sale was very slow and drawn out, as usual, but B & G were happy to chase both sets of solicitors regularly to move the process along as quickly as possible and always kept us updated.
