They fully checked the buyer to make sure I wouldn't be messed around. They would carry out any repairs needed within the same day or within a week depending on how urgent it was. They are quick to answer emails and enquiries. When I moved out of the property they didn't try to take a cut out of the bond like other agencies try to do (I'm looking at you Morginie James). I would definitely, without a doubt, rent from them again and recommend to anyone.
