S. E.Excellent letting agency who provide a very friendly, honest and reliable service. We are currently living in one of their properties and plan to continue using their services next year too. When we signed for the tenancy initially, the house was in the process of being renovated. M&D kept us updated with the progress of the build and allowed us to view it regularly. The house is finished to an extremely high standard and is the nicest student house that I have lived in in my four years of living in Cardiff. Whenever we need to get in touch with M&D they are very easily contactable and always go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Would confidently recommend M&D to anyone.

At first we were nervous about moving into a new property (in case it wasn’t ready on time) but the team at MandD kept us updated throughout the process - even asking for our opinions and acting on them. It is clear that they take great pride in their customer service and in making their properties stand out from the rest.
Since moving in, we have maintained a good relationship with MandD; they are friendly, reliable and have been quick to respond to any queries. They are also willing to take time to sit down and discuss options with you (openly and honestly).
