We recently sold and purchased homes with Deborah and David at Matthews Estate Agents and cannot recommend them enough. I've been involved in the property industry for a number of years and have worked with many agents, but very few have offered the personal service that Deborah and David do. They really care about making sure your move goes through as smoothly as possible for you and their communication throughout the process was perfect. Not only did they present our offer on the property we purchased in the best possible light for us, but they also sold our home for the asking price with just one 'open day' of viewings. We were in quite a chain, however, the whole process from the day our offer was accepted to the day of completion on our sale and purchase took just three months (I had other transactions taking place at the time which were more simple and took twice as long with different agents). If you are looking to sell a property and want to use an agent you can trust and have faith in, then look no further than Matthews Estate Agents. The fee they charge for their service is incredible for the value you receive and you will be looked after every step of the way. If you are lucky enough to also be purchasing through them as we were, then you'll be in safe hands! They are truly exceptional at what they do!

We found out about Deborah at Matthews Estate Agents through a close friend who'd had an amazing experience. After our first conversation over the phone, I had explained what we are looking for. Immediately, Deborah said, "if you wait around six weeks, we have a property coming up that you will definitely like, ticks all your boxes and more". We were the first to view, offer made and accepted there and then. Due to this house only ever having one owner, there were a few issues at land registry. It took us near enough 7 months to get the sale past the post. This was a a very stressful time for us, as we had recently sold our house (through a company with a shocking colour in the name, which was the most awful experience ever) and had to rent in the interim, . Deborah gave us reassurance that everything will be okay, she liaised between the both conveyancers and even scheduled calls with the land registry to check progress once a week . Answered our calls every time and dealt with us as "we were her ONLY client". I would definitely recommend Deborah from Matthews estate agency. Thank you for making this relocation happen for us.
