My husband and I have recently been searching to buy a property and from all the estate agents we dealt with , MGY were by far and away the best agents. In particular we feel Liz from the Radyr office was outstanding. She is so efficient and professional and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

We have recently moved from a property which we rented for just over 3 years from MGY, in particular the Radyr office. Suzanne Mackenzie was our Lettings Agent and she is an absolute credit to MGY, as are the other staff who work in that office. From the first time we met Suzanne at the property, we felt very welcomed. Suzanne was warm, welcoming, easy to get along with, always had a smile on her face and has a great personality and we were under no pressure whatsoever, we were able wander around in our own time, get a feel for the property and Suzanne was on hand to answer any questions. From this initial impression of Suzanne and the excellent property that is just one of many on their books we knew that MGY were the letting agents for us. In the 3 and a bit years of living there nothing was too much for Suzanne and the rest of the staff in Radyr, not that we needed to contact them that much. The phone was always answered with a smile and if whoever we needed to speak to wasn't available we ALWAYS had a call back. We've used several lettings agents in the past but should we need to rent again MGY will be our first choice. We would recommend MGY to anyone who is looking to rent or buy a property and also to any landlords looking for a very reputable agency to let their property. In the last two years I have purchased three flats through MGY and have found their Sales Team and Management to be excellent with great service and able to coordinate the purchases by liaising with the Sellers and both sets of Solicitors. Timetables were met on each purchase and support was given in liaising directly with my Mortgage Broker. I have also used MGY’s fantastic Residential Lettings Department which have given my wife and I a complete service including advising on rents, selecting appropriate Tenants, managing the inventories and tenancy agreements for the four flats that we own and managing their tenancy agreements and their renewals. We have complete confidence in their ability to resolve all issue that arise and are kept up to date with six monthly inspections and costs of any repairs required.
