C. D.Recently required an Apartment in Cardiff.
Set my requirements in the intial call and they were able to narrow down a few properties to view.
Viewings were smooth and Rhianydd, seemed to have good knowledge of the local amenities.
Application was straight forward. All electronic. Had to “gee up” my own HR team to confirm I was in fact working for them. Move in day was fuss fee as I’d already sent the funds rather than have any issues “on the day”. Rachael, ran through the pack efficiently enough.
Property was clean/tidy. Couple of minor maintenance issues picked up on the first weekend but, all in hand as you would expect.

The whole team are incredibly helpful at all times, but go above and beyond when something doesn’t go according to plan. For example, today I moved into a flat which was supposedly furnished with a mattress. However, upon arrival, there was no mattress due to no fault of the branch. I called the branch to explain the situation and WITHIN THE HOUR Justin HAND DELIVERED a BRAND NEW mattress to my flat. If this isn’t exceptional service, I don’t know what is.
