Edit: Jo promptly contacted me, helped resolve the issues. I write off the hurdles caused to the pandemic, i understand we are all restructuring the way we do the business and there are chances some edge case client satisfaction is a hit and miss. Mine is one such case. Seel and Co has always been otherwise very welcoming and friendly. I give 4 stars, because i had to explain a lot of times of the fact that the mess happened in communal garden is not because of me. Original review below, no longer valid - It’s a mistake that I choose to use Seel and Co Lettings team services. I always preferred to go with professional Lettings agencies even if they are expensive, because I do not want to be tangled with dodgy landlords. But by far SeelAndCo seem to be worst experience for me. Lettings team stopped responding to my emails seeking calculations for refund on my deposit. I tried to stop them charging me for cleaning a communal garden but then they stopped responding to my emails. I know Covid is creating tough times so I can come back and revise my rating if this is genuine mistake such as Lettings team is shut down or gone out of business due to Covid. But if not, can you respond?

Bought a house through Seel and Co last July and from start to finish can’t believe how smooth everything ran! Due to covid restrictions it was an online auction. I was slightly apprehensive as this was my first property bought at auction, but the team soon made me comfortable as any queries I had were answered promptly and precisely therefor easing my nerves with the auction process. I can’t thank those involved enough in making what was a slightly daunting experience into a comfortable one! I would highly recommend buying through them and we’re looking at future lots to buy as soon as we can!

Professional service and knowledge of the markets. The auction was easy to follow and well directed. All points and legal matters involved in the process of an auction were well displayed. Unfortunately a lockdown auction wasn't as exciting as a usually affair but with the VR Tours we could easily see the property almost as good as actually being there. Will definitely use again.
