Ryan and Kam have been amazing during our tenancy this year! Always quick to respond to maintenance issues and nothing has been too much. If you're tired of feeling like your agent is taking advantage of you I couldn't recommend Uniek more. We've been so happy with their service we've just signed another house with them for our final year! Thanks guys!

I walked into Uniek Residential randomly when looking for a new property in Cardiff. The guys working there were extremely helpful and listened to me when I explained the kind of property I was after. After a few viewings I found the perfect property. The whole process from start to finish was professional and easy.

Despite this hard time of Covid-19, we had a good and professional treatment from Ryan and Kamran. In every moment they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. However, at the beginning we were not sure at all because they asked us to pay the deposit and three months in advance (because we had an agreement with the landlord to pay every three months, as we are students and we are from Spain, so we do not have a UK guarantor) without seeing the house. It is true that the situation happened like that because of the Covid-19, if we were not in a lockdown they probably tried to sort out everything in a different way. But, at the end we saw the house and the same day we payed everything as we agreed in the e-mails. They sent us a video of the house to see it, but personally I rather preferred to see the property physically than from a video, but definitely a video is better than photos. We had a really good and professionally treatment! Thank you very much Ryan and Kamran.
