Having broadened our initial search area we were very impressed with the manner in which Connor and others in the David Martin team were able to host us at separate viewings. Three viewings were arranged in total but we found our ideal location at a time when suitable and available properties were limited but as soon as the listing was being negotiated, we were able to view ahead of official marketing and secure a deal same day. Since the negotiation, Connor has called regularly to advise on progress and assist in more complex issues that would otherwise have delayed or frustrated our purchase.
