I am currently looking at a few estate agents online. Ezemove were one that has ground floor accommodation suitable for me. However, there are still problems that some estate agents or landlords don't or won't accept those of us that are on housing benefits without a guarantor. I keep trying all the estate agents as much as possible. I may find a place soon.

This is my first time renting through Eze Let. Everything went so swimmingly from the video viewing right up until I picked the keys up. My main point of contact is Donna and she has been so helpful! If I have any problems or questions, she will never leave an e-mail for any longer than a few hours max. Very responsive and arranging the contractor to come out and fix any issues is all done within the same day. Definitely recommend :)

In the last 4 years I have rented through Ezelet. I have had an amazing experience with them and any problems or issues that had arisen throughout the 2 tenancies I have had with them has been sorted within the 24/48 hour period and contact had been made throughout keeping myself updated with progress along the way. The staff have always been amazing especially Ross, Brooke, Ella and Donna. As an agency they have been super supportive in the last 4 years and I can’t recommend them enough as a letting agent enough. Thanks again for everything in the last 4 years.

These were the agents for a flat that is next to ours, in a heavily student populated area. The agent who visited was really polite and helpful, and did all he could to assist in keeping the block secure. Thank you so much to the agent I met today, I really appreciate what you did to help me and the information you provided. Just to note:,less than preferable tenants can happen to anyone, no matter what agency you are with: make sure you take out insurance, landlords. The agents can only do what the law allows them to. There are a growing number of unscrupulous tenants who have no respectable values or sense of decency. You have to protect your investment, in addition to the pre-tenancy checks that agents can lawfully make.
