We was not expecting a response until monday due to it being the weekend but to our surprise we got a response. Monday we got a message from our landlord and then a phone call for someone to come round and fix it everything was sorted in basically 24 hours! During the recent COVID-19 situation Lucinda has dealt with tenant issues and carried out remote and physical viewings. I was very concerned over one of my student rentals as the current tenants were due to move out during COVID and with the University not open we weren’t getting any luck with finding new tenants. But Lucinda persuaded me to keep calm and trust in her to find tenants. I was delighted to get a phone call from her this week to say that not only had she found tenants to move in the day after the current tenants move out, but she managed to get me an increase in rent of £200 per month.
