Second 5* review of Morgan Sloane. Yet again very professional, helpful, knowledgable and fast at actioning everything. In fact, done within minutes for us. No extra cost involved too, and this really shows Morgan Sloane’s priorities are with the customer not money. If only every service was as efficient as theirs, life would be a lot easier!

From when I made my initial enquiry until I received my report 24 hours after the inspection, their communication was very good at every stage. The process was clearly explained before and during the surveyor visit and their charges for the service completely transparent. We have received excellent service from Morgan Sloane, right from the first email from Paul, setting out the services and costings. Lucy French, whom we have communicated with most, was responsive and answered all of our queries, and provided us with updates when requested. The survey prepared by Lee Robinson was detailed and clear and very helpful to us when buying a 130 year old cottage! The report was received just 1 day outside their SLA which, in the current busy times and with our survey having been brought forward by 5 days anyway, we were very happy with! Thank you very much!

Seamless experience with Morgan Sloane. Great communication and very flexible to accommodate short notice changes to diary. They have made getting a valuation for HTB very simple.

We've had 2 unsuccessful moves where we've used Morgan Sloane. The fact this review is for 5 stars and we haven't even achieved what we wanted should show you what we think of them. In a world where every estate agent and solicitor warns about long lead times to get a surveyor they've always found a way to squeeze us in quickly. They're pragmatic, responsive and helpful. Lucy in admin has been great at communicating with us and Paul Horton who has valued the property twice is fantastic. Would definitely recommend (and will likely use again for the next attempted move!)
