My experience with PMS has been very good, I cannot thank Laura Fox enough for her professionalism, politeness and caring, she was always helpful and very quick to respond and sorted out all my queries. Highly recommend PMS.

I have recently retired as house manager of a retirement block in West Sussex. PMS took over as our managing agents in 2009. At the time we had major problems with the block that was a new build. The roof leaked. The windows had been fitted badly and we had a faulty lease that was useless and left residents unable to sell their properties. PMS dealt with all these problems along with many many smaller problems professionally and efficiently. They dealt with the NHBC to get a new roof, the windows have been replaced and we now have a working lease. We were particularly fortunate to have Grant Sutton as our property manager. Nothing was too much trouble for Grant he dealt with the many problems immediately, always answered my telephone calls, visited when ever requested and even when I knew he was extremely busy never made me feel that he didn’t have time for me. Working in an environment where the residents are elderly brings many problems but Grant made this easy for me and he’s relationship with EVERY resident was impeccable. So thank you Grant for all your help over the years. Also I would like to thank Dan Malone an Liam Furr. There are many more at PMS that are two many to mention because to be honest the whole team are first class and I recommend the company to anyone.

Since PMS have taken over managing our block of flats, we are finally flying straight. Having been mismanaged since the 1960's and with no management structure to speak of or proper financial funds in place, Liam Furr has circumnavigated not only all the Health & Safety issues, Financials, schedules of works, lease issues and also reassured residents when concerns have been raised. I know I can pick up the phone or pop an email through and I will be given the correct logical or legal answer in a no-nonsense manner. All done with professionalism - Our previous managing agent left a mess and it is finally all being ironed out which was not an easy task.

Having moved over from a self-managed residential management company, with all the pitfalls that entails, including interactions with your friends and neighbours that you would rather not have, we do not regret at all the decision to move to PMS. We find emails are answered on a timely basis, problems are dealt with by an impartial party, and all regulations are met.
