I let my property with assured residential for 2 years and then recently sold with James from Assured Residential. They’ve always been helpful and realistic about issues with letting and selling. They provided good checks and got us excellent tenants. We gave them sole control to sort issues and issues were sorted quickly for tenants.

This was throughout good and poor periods in the rental market They provided an excellent service up to the sale of the property prior to handing over to James in the Sales team to market the property. James was thorough and professional and great to work with at all times. He kept us informed and updated throughout the process and was honest and forthright- no games! From a landlord’s perspective! I had to move away with work and so wanted to rent out my home. After dealing with several estate agents Assured Residential are clearly the most professional. I was very concerned about renting out my home but the staff made it absolutely clear that the right tenants would be put in the property. This was most definitely the case and I had some good tenants. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally, the team at Assured Residential always responded to my quires or concerns in a very short space of time giving me the feeling that they cared about my property and my tenants.
