Team at Coopers estate Agent are bunch of exceptionally professional people! My sale was delayed due to some issues buyer was facing but if I am being honest Clare Caruana kept me informed of every step my sale was at. I must admit at times I got a bit frustrated thinking that buyer of my property was not a serious buyer but the care, compassion, understanding and professionalism Clare had shown was truly amazing! Like I said I was always kept informed by Coopers but at times when I rang the agency my call was always answered by a friendly voice, wanting to help. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!** I cannot rate this company highly enough! I am a landlord, I moved to Coopers from another (awful) lettings agent in central Coventry and had really low expectations but Simon and Michelle at Coopers did absolutely everything possible to make the move as simple as possible (even though the previous company were being unprofessional). When I had a tenant move out, Michelle and Simon offered an excellent service in securing a suitable tenant with full checks and kept me informed of progress with frequent updates on the application, resolving any issues there and then! They really went out of their way to ensure my experience with them was easy, they are professional and very knowledgeable about the market as a whole. Friendly and professional, had an acceptable offer on my property withing a matter of days. Would recommend Simon and his team to any prospective house sellers.

Agency wise, they were very good. The property viewed was very nice and in good condition. But I was disappointed with the kind of checks and the documentation they ask for ( as if you are applying for a mortgage). The other alternative for this is for you to pay up all the rent in advance (e.g. 6 or 12 months x monthly rent of approx £400 and agency fee). I suppose agencies have to be more robust to satisfy the property owner. I managed to find and move to another property in a very short time using spareroom site, requiring much shorter documentation check list and a reliable landlord. I guest it all depends on which route you want to take!!

Generally a good experience during the tenancy however very Picky afterwards with standards of the flat. Only interested in you when you rent from them, not when you are leaving them. Slightly disappointed.
