Foster and Lewis recently rented out my flat for me. From start to finish I received a very high quality service. The staff were very patient and listened to my wishes. Glenn, Sharon and Carly kept in touch with me frequently and gave me good advice, they appear to have very good knowledge about the property market. They found me a very good tenant who I am very pleased and ensured it was the right person. The staff were very approachable, professional and kept me up to date. I looked at a house Tuesday, offer accepted Tuesday.. My house went up for Sale Friday and Sold within 3 hours. Matthew Costelloe was Exceptional in his manner, his negotiating skills, he came back to me quickly and ensured everybody was treated with respect and fairly whilst carrying out negotiations.
