The entire team at Redbrick have been fantastic throughout our letting process. Everyone we have spoken to has been very informative, helpful, and above all kind. Especially Julie who has been incredibly responsive to all our queries and done everything she could to accommodate our requests! I want to highlight our move-in experience, which has been exceptional. I am very particular about cleanliness and spend a good week or two deep cleaning a house that has supposedly been "cleaned to a professional standard", but this has been the first time we've moved into a place where I haven't felt the need to clean anything! Everything was spotless, manuals and such were neatly placed in a folder, and the added touch of reed diffusers in each room made it feel like we were moving into a hotel. Our only minor complaint is that we weren't explicitly told that our offer had been accepted and spent a few days worried about the status of our application, though it could be argued that we should have clocked on when asked to complete reference checks and such. I couldn't be more pleased and am confident that Redbrick will be a delight throughout our tenancy. Thank you again, Julie & co.!

I’ve been with Red Brick from when they first set up in 2003. They have expertly managed my rental property all this time, meaning that as a remote landlord I didn’t have to worry. They made the day to day issues easy, offering good advice as they arose. It helped that they also managed having any work done and built up a good relationship with my tenants. Recently they have also sold my property as well as managing the tenants moving out. I was pleased that a buyer was found very quickly. Red Brick managed the intricate closing down of the rental agreement and managing the buyer successfully with a minimal of time that the property was vacant. This was very much appreciated and again, even more important as I was not local. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Red Brick to both landlords and sellers.

Great team of professionals - I’ve been a tenant with Red Brick for 2 years and nothing is too much trouble for them. The team are friendly, efficient and helpful. Nerys is my main point of contact and she’s always happy to help. Regular inspections and service calls are managed timelessly. With the recent bad weather my boiler, along wit a lot of others, was affected, I received a call in the evening to try a fix and very early next morning a plumber called to sort the issue out.
