I can honestly say that Neil and his team at Reeds Rains have been fantastic with regards to how they have handled my house sale and purchase. They have always been informative, supportive and professional. They have given great advice and nothing was a problem for them. I have found they are very approachable and friendly. Having a local estate agent deal with your property sale/purchase may be a little more expensive than using one of the on line agents, however, being able to speak to somebody within a few rings, and be given sound strong advice, I felt has been invaluable and well worth the extra few quid. My husband and I initially chose Reeds Rains as we fell in love with a house on their books. From the moment their representative Neil came out to value our house we knew it was the right choice. Neil was honest, professional and friendly. The communication was fantastic with regular emails, phone calls and pdf documents at every stage. We were unlucky enough to be affected by Lockdown and feel that if it wasn't for Neil reassuring our buyer, our sale would have fallen through. It took seven months from being sold to completion because of Lockdown. However Reeds Rains Coventry kept up their first class service even when their own staff were furloughed! This agent is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but they are worth every penny. Special thanks to Neil and Cheryl but also to the lovely Reece and Sam who were so warm and friendly when they showed us around our beautiful house.

Reeds Rains helped us to sell our house. They were freindly but professional, and kept us in the loop at all times. They kept us apprised of how many people had viewed our property online, and provided a number of people who were interested in our house, arranging visiting appointments. Chose to use Reeds Rains to market my house I was selling, as their quotation was very competitive and the valuer (Neil) was very professional, polite and helpful in answering all my questions. I found their online itinerary timeline very useful and informative. They managed to arrange numerous viewings in the first week alone and offer was accepted within 3 weeks of going to market. Most of all though I'd like to praise their staff for always being easily contactable and responding by phone or email swiftly.
