From meeting Andrew to value the property and explain the service, to Ben, Victoria, Sam and all the team that I spoke with…they provided a friendly, helpful and professional service. Selling my parents house recently turned into a much longer process than expected. The initial sales process went without a hitch. The sale board went up on a Thursday, we had 4 showings on Friday, followed by 3 offers (all over the asking price). We accepted one of the offers just 24 hours after the board going up. You cant ask for better than that. But then it all slowed down. Not the fault of AKS I have to say, but a ridiculously busy housing market due to stamp duty holidays and solicitors that had taken on far too many cases for them to cope with effectively . When things are not quite going according to plan is when you see a service provider in their true colours and the AKS team stepped up. They were there every step of the way, helping us to keep our buyer informed of the situation and effectively managing expectations and communications between all parties. A truly professional service. I run my own financial services business and although this is the first time I have used AKS for a sale of my own, I have recommended their services to a number of my own clients over the years and have never had any negative feedback. Everybody has something positive to say about the AKS team. A stand out service in a very busy and competitive market place.

5 stars just doesn't seem enough AKS have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole selling process of our house. They took over from another agent we had been with and within 48 hours of taking it on they had sold our property. They were there every step of the way with encouraging words of support and advice, they always looked on the positive side of things and gave you hope and picked you up when things got tough. Dealing with AKS has been like dealing with friends, you could trust that when they said something was going to be done it would be and they would keep you up to date as to what was happening and when. Amazing! So I had no dealing with ASK with regards to real estate (continue reading) but I can confirm that if I needed an estate agent in the area I would highly recommend. I, like a fool, accidentally delivered packages to an old address that by chance is now on the market with AKS. I live hundreds of miles away and really could not afford to lose the money associated with my error. I called AKS to see if they could help… Ann (lovely lady) took it upon herself to help in every way possible. She took time out of her busy schedule, picked up my package, helped me ensure the package was returned to sender - used her personal time to contact me and dropped off packages to a post office… all over several days! All the team has been exceptional at different stages of the process. From the photos and virtual tour of the house to a dedicated Whatsapp group where someone always responds in good time. AKS just made it so easy. I would struggle to find a fault if I tried. I can only recommend this company as it just felt like they cared right until the end of the process. Only downside: The Sold sign broke during a storm and smashed onto the side of my car. Neither the AKS nor the sign company is taking responsibility or paying for the damage. It was their marketing tool which they put up on my property.

From start to finish AKS have been absolutely brilliant. After having our property on the market with another agent for several months with little communication or interest shown we received a Christmas box from Andrew and the AKS team. I instantly thought that if they go to this much trouble to get houses to sell then they would try their best to sell ours and I wasn’t wrong. From the minute I met Andrew he was brilliant, advising on how to market the property and how he and the team would go about selling our house. Then came Ben who was equally brilliant, they arranged 5 viewings within the first day (this is more than the previous agent had arranged in 4 months!)and Ben carried all of these out, giving us positive and negative feedback in an honest and professional way. Two weeks later and several more viewings all carried out by Ben and we had a firm offer on the table, which we accepted 😁. The praise doesn’t stop there though, our sale was complicated due to location, covenants, management companies and being in a conservation area, but Victoria managed this part of the sale and we can not praise her highly enough. Her communication to both ourselves and the buyer was superb, she communicated with the solicitors from both parties, ironed out minor issues and was always available to advise on the best way to keep the sale moving forward. She is lovely, very responsive to emails (always on the same day or first thing the next day within business hours if I sent an email after 5pm). She was very patient and explained everything in detail when sending over the contracts and answered any queries I've had. Also helped me to sort out payment and recommended where to go when they didn't receive it (fault on my end). When she was showing us the properties, Ann was on time (she even came on her day off, which I really appreciate!), professional and showed us around. She told us about the landlords and any issues spotted with the property were fixed like she promised. She also went above and beyond when trying to help my current flatmate (international) sort out a shorter term contract and help her move in to try and alleviate any stress she had. While this didn't follow through, Ann was understanding and professional about the situation. Overall, I can't fault dealing with AKS. I've had no issues at all. They are a lovely company and if I were to rent another property, I would certainly go through them again.
