Had a flat with professional properties for 2 and a half years! They was always on top of any property issues and the owner is really attentive and helped me when I’d locked my self out. Since moving I’ve seen that not all agencies act as fast as these, great agency to rent with 5* to the team especially Chris Allison and Kelsey

Unfortunately encountered a significant leak more than one time, the team arranged for contractors to attend each time. The final time resulting in the water being turned off for 24 hours. Scott at PP kept me updated on the state of play, explained what would happen if a repair couldn't be sorted that day, he followed up the day after repair to make sure everything went well and informed me of the next steps. I was losing faith a little given the amount of times the issue has occurred (not the fault of PP ) However, the outstanding service from Scott restored this completely. Just one example of a great team of people that have managed my tenancy.

Inevitably there have been issues over the 12/13 years but when I have raised concerns they have always been acted upon with professionalism and understanding. During which I have come to trust and rely on his expertise with regard to the local rental Market, and always run any prospective investment property by him before I proceed. Some other local letting agents I have tried over the years, often seem to over promise and under perform, with overly optimistic rental assessments to get your business. Shortly there after they to then call and pressure you to lower the advertised rent by large amount. We came or professional properties after using the so called market leading local agent for a period of time with no success and what a difference we found. The first agent were sending unqualified and unsuitable viewings and the marketing was really poor. No one from the office came to see our home (other than the valuer who we never heard from again). Simon and Nicola from PP were the opposite and handled all our viewings for us and made sure they took the time to find out if the home was suitable before booking in the viewings. The marketing was great and the videos and 360 tour really helped. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us when the offer was accepted to get the deal through in 7 weeks. Mr Steven Fletcher organises the ongoing maintenance side with all the contractors and the right contractors , Pro Properties has it's down maintenance company which carries out work to a high standard which I can personally vouch for as I have seen it for myself personally , so there is a person of contact all the time if there is any issues which Steven Fletcher does to the Tee !
