Kemble's have been our agency for the last year, very professional and friendly team in the office and both properties we have been in were generally decent. They do like to dot the i's and cross the t's with regards to the paperwork (bank statements and wage slips) and background checks but this I guess is standard practice when dealing with a reputable company. Would recommend them as a tenant, will definitely continue to use them.

In Doncaster one member of the team Joanne has done an amazing job to help and support me over the last two months from advocating on my behalf with the landlord to getting contractors to come and sort minor issues I've had. Well I'll share my experience with you,future tenants/owners 😀. Lately I found myself in a situation that i had to move as soon as posibile.In my head I fiind really difficult to move here in Doncaster, I mean to fiind something decent to comfortable and the the ratio value for money to be right for both sides cuz some of these prices are exaggerated, that's been said I started to look online after reviews and I end up with Kembles .I call, Louise hang up ,since that call ,two 2 days later I see this ..I can't say beautiful,cuz everybody finds that word different but I can say "very "perfect for me,the space,the light,abooove expectation,I was going to see the studio with a wrong mindset created by the pictures but as I said It's aswome, I kinda like to live more now.Five days later I moved in. Everything was going smooth, maybe I was pressing a bit the agent cuz I was very stressed with the move itself but again,I came across with profesional people . I don't do this every day,it really surprise me in a good way.

Having had 50 years in the building trade (now retired) I have over the years dealt with many letting agents, not always a pleasant experience. Kembles to me stands head and shoulders above many. No hesitation in recommending them 100%.

To my shame, I accepted, thinking I knew Dragos. There are many comments like this. This boy only knows how to fool the world and not answer the phone! I had to leave my job and come to RO because they forced me to leave home! He brought someone else into the house. After I told the agency, their point of view was that I had an agreement with the current owner, but the current owner did not want to answer me when I asked him what agreement I had.
