I needed to view one of the Noble Living properties for my father who was overseas. I must say I was very impressed with the whole set up. The flat we saw was lovely and being a gated community it felt very safe and the properties themselves were of high class and felt warm, cozy and quiet. We were so impressed we made a purchase!!!

Have recently engaged the services of Robyn at Noble Living for the full management of rental property. She has been prompt with updates and quick to deal with matters in an efficient and professional manner. My wife and I met her once and immediately felt we can trust her to do a good job. Looking forward to a long working relationship. Just by way of an update: We have had major issues with a property being targeted and damaged on three occasions within three weeks - Robyn and Gary have been absolutely great in terms of giving advice, getting the issues resolved, recommending reliable contractors and arranging to get new tenants!!

We’ve been renting with Noble for almost a year now and are really happy with our experience. When viewing the apartment we were looking to move in ASAP and were able to do so within 2 weeks. Gary showed us around various apartments in the building, answering any questions we had. I appreciated that some of the correspondence was via message as it made it easier to get things done in between my work hours where I couldn't necessarily phone. She was friendly and approachable when taking photos for adverts and explained the process well.

Very helpful when it comes to looking for properties. Get fast replies too which is excellent. Went for a flat viewing and it was done in a professional manner, all of my questions about the flat were answered professionally too. Applying for a flat through this company was easy too, with very fast email replies. They answered my questions quickly and they seemed very helpful. I’m currently renting a flat at £550 which came fully furnished and I can’t complain at all. The flat is very modernised. Flat came with a new sofa, washing machine, fridge and mattress for the bed. For the price of £550 a month I would definitely recommend getting a flat through this agency.
