If you can deal with the Hatfield office then try to as the whole reason this is a 5 star review is based around the service and speed of response we received once Hatfield and in particular when Kelly became involved. What can I say about the team at Northwood, firstly I was actively looking for a house and I called up Northwood where they registered my details and took my criteria for what I was looking for, I was mainly looking for a property in Hatfield and when they took on new properties I got regular emails of properties, that in itself was really helpful as i don’t always have the time to trail through Rightmove etc to look. Eventually they found a property that I wanted to view, I then met Melanie, Melanie was so friendly and knowledgable, she didn’t rush us at the viewing and answered all our questions as if it was her own home that she was selling! Then we made an offer, Melanie negotiated the sale for us and our offer was accepted! We then started dealing with Kelly, she progressed our sale and kept us up to date with any movement or hold ups in the chain, chasing solicitors and other estate agents to keep the sale progressing. She always had time for us even if it was just for a quick chat to put my mind at rest, she always answered the phone or replied to emails almost straight away, the customer service that we received from Northwood as a whole was outstanding! They were professional but personable. I didn’t realise initially but Northwood is a franchise, it’s not a big corporate chain, I like to support local businesses and buy local so if I ever decide to sell I will go straight to Northwood!
