Hi Everyone, I can’t stress enough how professional and seamless it was to buy my btl via Preston Baker Doncaster. Although, the process took longer than expected, they were always on top of each step through the completion. Progression manager, Charlotte was extremely helpful, cheerful and supportive. When we decided to list our property in June 2021, we invited 5 estate agents to value our property. We chose to enlist our property with Preston Baker after Andrew came to value our property and gave a very thorough pitch as to why we should use them and backed it up with data. We were particularly taken with how professional both Preston Baker as a brand and also their staff members seemed to be. The brand exudes first class service. We chose to have a launch day a week or so after launching it on Rightmove. Charlotte came the day before to introduce herself and view the house. The launch day was successful, with 5 viewers ending with two offers. We have now accepted an offer. We were particularly appreciative of the Wattsapp group between ourselves and Charlotte as this has proven to be useful for contacting whilst at work and unable to take calls. When I first contacted Preston Baker in August 2020, I hadn't bought or sold a property for 20 years. I decided to give them a try after viewing their website and reading (all of) their reviews. I was particularly attracted to their Property Launch business model and the fact that they manage and conduct all of the viewings. They gave the impression of being smart, business-like and good at selling property. I subsequently gave them my business and I've been delighted and very impressed with the service that I've received. I had several lengthy discussions with Andrew Horbury before I finally put my house on the market. He was able to answer all of my many questions and to provide good advice about pricing and marketing. Andrew gave the impression of being keen and enthusiastic, without being pushy. In fact, his wish to (politely) move things along was exactly what I needed at the time. The viewings of my house were conducted by Charlotte Walsham. She appears ideal for the job. She's enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and business-like. On 2 occasions, Charlotte conducted multiple viewings (5 on one day) on very wet, rainy days. When I returned to my house after she had left, (the viewings were done in my absence) my house was as clean as when I had left it in her hands, several hours before. There wasn't a sign that anyone had been there. Both Andrew and Charlotte were fastidious about cleanliness and their wearing of a mask throughout their time with me at my home. I'm pleased to say that I soon received an acceptable offer on my house. Charlotte continues to manage the process of dealing with the prospective purchasers and she regularly contacts me by 'phone and e-mail to keep me updated with progress. Andrew has also telephoned me to discuss the sale. Although my house sale is still Subject to Contract, I'm happy that the staff at Preston Baker are giving me the best chance of getting it 'over the line' and I'm delighted that I chose them to market my house. This reminds me of one last point - the quality of the marketing photo's and the video tour of my house were superb. I'd certainly recommend Preston Baker to anyone thinking of putting their house up for sale.

Our viewing day was done in the most covid secure way possible, with them supplying a short window for viewings so they were all done on one day and supplying PPE to each viewer, masks, gloves, show coverings. It was truely incredible and remarkably relaxing all considered. Addtionally shout out to Jenny their financial advisor who has helped us with getting a mortgage setup and has gone out of her way to support us as well. Yes you'll certainly pay less with some other agents but I genuinely don't believe any of them will give you the same value you get here.
