Dynamic Properties provided a brilliant service to me as a buyer. I was able to visit the property on several occasions to enable me to make a decision on the purchase. Richard was extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother, and all of his staff were very helpful too. They were all very professional and friendly and approachable at the same time. This made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend Dynamic Properties to anyone selling or buying.

We were let down on two commercial properties prior to approaching Dynamic, due to lack of transparency and bad communication,, When we reached Richard and Wayne this changed... Somehow they managed to negotiate terms with the landlord that were very very close to what we wanted - being a very small startup- that has actually saved us money, we have more space that we anticipated and we moved in really quickly. The type of space we need is hard to find so I'm certain we'd still be looking now otherwise, and losing three more months in income. Unbelievable service guys thank you!
