Needed to find a new tenant for a house I own in Carrville but I am now based in the USA so trying to do this on my own would have been tricky. Spoke with Nathan over the phone and he went over the entire process making everything easy for me. Highly recommend Nathan and his team they worked well with all the contractors, got the house in a rentable condition and found a tenant. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

I have rented a property through NMR Lettings and would highly recommend NMR Lettings as an agency. Nathan was very friendly, helpful and professional. Any questions I had he was able to answer them quickly. He was always very flexible on when he was able to meet for transfer of keys etc He made the process of renting very easy and hassle free. The fees are very good and much lower than anyone else I looked at renting through. I would definitely use NMR Lettings again in the future and will be recommending to friends.

Rented with NMR after they had taken on my tenancy from another estate agents there were quite a few repairs which needed doing to my house but unfortunatly the other estate agents i had before these would not come and do them. As soon as NMR took on the property the repairs were done pretty much straight away (even including a brand new boiler) due to no fault of theres i had to leave the property but would love to take on another tenancy with them in the future as they kept the house the way it should of been and were really king a easily approachable

Our experience with NMR lettings has been nothing short of pleasurable. As tenants, we have found NMR to be considerate, helpful and very responsive. My partner and I have been tenants through NMR lettings for nearly two years. When we first moved in all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. The house is fantastic and any routine hiccups have been fixed promptly and efficiently. All individuals that have carried out maintenance or routine boiler/gas checks etc have been friendly and complete the work to a high standard. My neighbours were so impressed with the contractor that did some work in our house, he then did some for them.
