I recently sold my property via Venture and would 100% recommend them. A very professional, swift and reasonably priced service. From our valuation visit which was conducted by Todd, to the property going on the market and sales coordination that was handled by Connor at the Durham office, we received first class service. No idea Everytime I go in my garden I am asked how was venture properties. So annoying . I notice they are selling well if that helps . Sea of sold boards surround everywhere. ( maybe why Google thinks my garden is their office and I visit it several times a day) venture properties are the chief sales agents in Durham by looks of it.
