Broughton Property Management staff was always extremely helpful, supportive and professional during my 3+ years renting with them. Any issues that I had with the property were always quickly solved by either them or the insurance company.

Let with Broughton property for a little over 3 years and overall was very happy with every interaction I had with them. The few issues we had with our flat (damaged window and a lighting issue) were resolved speedily and professionally, and other than this everything was fine, with written reminders well in advance for any maintenance requirements which they were happy to bend around our schedules. Overall a good experience and would happily rent from them again.

We are long term clients of BPM to let out our flat in Edinburgh and only praise for the quality of service over all that time – a big difference from other agents we have used earlier. This is a comfort to us as we no longer live in the UK at the moment and need to have full trust in the letting agent. The flat has been fully let for over 15 years now. They are highly professional in all respects from identification and vetting for new tenants, recommending new rent rates when tenants change, dealing with problems immediately as arise, arranging for purchase and replacement of new equipment furniture as the need arises. Communications are excellent either by email or telephone be it to give permission for work to be undertaken, provision of financial statements and advice on potential changes to regulations. We were fortunate to have had them recommended to us as we would recommend them in in turn to any one wishing to rent out in Edinburgh or indeed tenants wanting to rent property.

Highly recommend this agency. We had, had a very bad experience renting through our previous agent which left us feeling uncertain about renting again. However we are so much happier since moving into this beautiful flat, managed by Broughton Property ,3 months ago. Farrukh our property manager at Broughton Property is fantastic and has always been professional and swift at communicating with our landlord about any maintenance issues we have raised. These issues have all been dealt with in a timely fashion. Farrukh is always reliable, polite and attentive. David the handyman is fab and gets the job done fast and well. Well done guys!

I was recommended to Broughton by a friend who has several properties. Before going to Broughton I managed properties by myself. Since handing my properties to Broughton they have relieved me burden stress and strain of managing the everyday problems that inevitably arise with tenanted properties. They keep us well informed and have a network of excellent contractors and arrange for access. They are experts in the rented market and promptly and effectively deal with any issue that may arise. Their tenant finding and vetting service is also excellent. They treat tenants excellently as they do us. I have no hesitation in recommending Broughton. I would also add that you should not be put off by the relatively austere premises. Behind is a very efficient and comprehensive organisation that wisely chooses to invest in good service rather than a flashy superficial front with no backup.
