Central Business sales deserve 5 stars Just had my Gust House in the borders complete today and must say Central Business Sales were fantastic. We had so may issues with the buyers and surveys we were so frustrated but the guys at Central Business Sales took care of everything. We got a great price far more that expected and we used a solicitor recommended by Central Business Sales and they were also fantastic. Thanks again everyone at Central Business Sales great job and very happy to recommend. 5 big stars from us Alison and Jason

I filled in a form online for a free valuation and received about 20 calls all from companies down south. The only Scottish business to contact me was Central Business Sales. These guys totally knew the Scottish market and the service was brilliant. These are the only guys that I would recommend. They done absolutely everything from start to finish. Including arranging all the certificates as I had no clue and they recommended a very good solicitor who was £1500 cheaper than the ones I normally use. 5 star performance all round.

After weeks of looking at agents to sell our business we could only find one that was actually based in Scotland which seemed strange as all the other were based down south and didn't know the Scottish market. Some of them wanted to value the business over the phone???? How does that work? The local knowledge that Central Business Sales is very impressive to say the least. When I got the valuation for the business they new who my landlord was, the size of the property, how long I had been running the business, the fact that I was a limited company and the address of were i started the business 15 years ago. They also put me in touch with a solicitor to act on my behalf who was £2,500 cheaper than my usual solicitor. I would highly recommend them if you want a company that knows what they are doing and know the local market. Took 8 weeks to sell and we got exactly the asking price. Plain sailing from start to finish.

We placed our local cafe on the market in the middle of the pandemic with very little expectations. We used Central Business Sales as they were a local company with great local knowledge and felt that this was the best way to go. They called a few days after we instructed then with a potential buyer who they had been dealing with trying to find the right business. It was a perfect match so we didn’t even have to go through the advertising process and viewings. Due to the quick sale and the fact that Central Business Sales did not have to advertise they gave us a very generous discount on our fees. Was recommended Central Business Sales from the guys at the business gateway. They did a really good job. Took 2 months to sell my card and gift shop. Legal work was a bit of a struggle but that was solicitors fault. We made the right choice has a had a few quotes and some of the fees are ridiculous. These guys took over from another agents that we had used for years as they stopped giving us good service and their fees started to get ridiculous. Central Business Sales were recommended to me by my cousin. So we gave them try. Sold both my fish and chip shops in the time they said got really good price and service was great. Got them in to value shop and get an idea about them as heard many bad stories about other agents and they all seemed to be down south. These guys are local and had great local knowledge. Pizza Passion Glasgow Instructed Central Business sales to sell my 100 cover restaurant for me after working hard in it for 25 years.
