Even though my time with Investment Property Agency was brief, they are by far the best letting agent I have encountered. They were quick to act on issues and made my stay in Edinburgh a painless one. The service they provide is a highly professional one, where they look out for both the landlords and the tenants where they can. I the first few days of renting of no fault of the agents a couple of appliances failed, this can happen anywhere, however within 24 hours the estate agents had replaced these appliances and it was on a weekend which was amazing. IPA Advised us immensely when we were looking for a Buy to let property. They kept us up to date with everything that was coming onto the market that they felt was suitable for us. Surveys were organised as well as mortgage advice. They also marketed our own home when we were selling recently.
