From the first pre-sales contact through sales & marketing to Dave & Diane in the conveyancing team Neilsons have been excellent. They were detailed, quick to respond, professional and friendly. We hit some issues with the Land Registry but Dave the solicitor, ably backed up by Diane, with some great detective work was able to convince them to alter their systems. This was done quickly and so didn't unduly effect conclusion of the Missives. As a client I was super impressed with the service from start to finish from Neilsons, and all done at a very competitive price too. Would highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Neilsons if you are thinking about buying a property As a first time buyer,I was not very familiar with the property purchase process. My Solicitor Caron provided me great advise through out the process.She was very helpful, prompt in responding to my queries. When I wanted to sell my house I asked around for any recommendations for solicitors. Neilsons came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Price wise they were extremely reasonable, especially compared to other quotes I’d had. They were prompt at getting back to me and kept me up to date every step of the way. Sarah made sure I was happy and agreed to everything from our offers over price, to the description of my home, the photographs and the layout of the brochure. Once I was happy and the house was on the market. I was selling my flat and purchasing a new house, and I am very thankful I chose to do everything with Neilsons. I had a lot of bad luck with the original buyer of my flat backing out on the final day. My flat had to be put back up on the market and thankfully I found another buyer with 1 week - all thanks to Neilsons organisation and professionalism. I encountered another disaster when my bank (Halifax) had not bothered to set my mortgage up properly with 2 days to go until I was due to move in. They had a ''Roll Number'' which is about as useful as a chocolate teapot!!!! (If you're reading this review and you're not sure on this, double check what your bank has sent you. No matter what, you NEED an Account Number!!!!) Thankfully Kirsten at Neilsons was brilliant and really stepped up to get everything sorted. In the end, after all the stress, I managed to move out of my flat and into my new house on the same day. Neilsons prices are very fair, and the level of service is brilliant. For a short while I had considered an online agent like Purple Bricks, but one of my friends is having a complete disaster with them and is disgusted by their total lack of care and complete ignorance. Be warned, these online agents have no soul!!! When I told them how brilliant Neilsons were they were devastated and now wish they had followed suit and chose Neilsons as well. If you want to sell your house and you want an agent who can always be contacted, will advise you on each step, and really cares about your sale (or purchase) then Neilsons is who I would recommend.

I used Neilsons a while ago when I bought my first flat and found them really good to work with, so 4 and a half years later I knew to use them again to sell my flat and move up the ladder. Their prices are fair and I wouldn’t trust anyone cheaper and I spoke to other estate agents who seemed unnecessarily expensive. I was unlucky with my timing as a few weeks after accepting an offer on my flat we went into lockdown and that brought its own complications. Neilsons were always available to answer my questions, concerns and rants and kept giving a fantastic service. It’s important to mention that many of their competitors did not respond the same way. A big shout out to Ginny and Claire as I know I’m an emotional customer. Now in my new flat, happy and settled I couldn’t recommend them more. They were fantastic at their jobs, especially noted as they were probably working the trickiest market of their careers. Moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do and I wouldn’t do it with any other estate agent.
