I used Roberts Residential to let out my 2-bedroom flat in Edinburgh for over a year. Craig and his team were very professional from the beginning to the end of the process and competitively priced in Edinburgh for estate agents fees. He actually managed to get more rental income for my flat compared to other larger estate agents that quoted me lower rental prices, so I was impressed with that and I appreciated the extra efforts in marketing and managing the property over the 15 month period. I would definitely use his services again if I rent a property in Edinburgh in the future. Thanks! :)

My partner and I have moved twice now through Roberts Residential and we have had a brilliant experience at every step. They were very flexible with viewing times and answering any questions to do with the properties. They kept us in the loop throughout moving in and out and to a new property and always been helpful with any property queries before and throughout our tenancy. This is a long overdue review. Roberts Residential are the best lettings agents I've ever dealt with. I first let my flat through them in 2020 in the pandemic. They found me a tenant quite quickly and then, when he had to move home to his family due to the pandemic just a few months later, they found me another tenant with almost no void period. They are very proactive and manage tenant and landlord concerns efficiently. I receive regular statements as to rent received and they always confirm with me if I'm happy to pay for work to be done no matter how small the amount. I really value how proactive and efficient and transparent they are. My previous experience has been with London agents who could stand to learn something from Roberts Residential. I deal with Craig Roberts whom I consider to be a genuinely trusted adviser. I highly recommend this letting agency.

I can’t praise Roberts Residential enough. Not only is Craig very personable, but his extra efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Communications with this letting agency have always been transparent, with every query answered promptly and efficiently. It was a sad day handing back the keys to the property I rented as I know the service I received is incomparable to other agencies.
