A fantastic company to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone all day long!! Having everything in one place to buy and sell (estate agents, mortgage advisor & solicitors) makes life so much easier.... but to be honest it was the customer service that really makes me want to recommend them, from my first to last conversation they have been nothing but amazing!! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The fact everyone I dealt with falls under these comments is a testament to the company and the staff!! I will definitely be using them in the future and will continue to recommend to anyone that asks.

Aberdein Considine Shawlands Estate Agency- 10/10 AC went above and beyond when selling my property. I contacted all the big player estate agency firms in Glasgow and asked each the same set of questions with regards to service and fees. AC came out on top in respect of their knowledge of the property market and ability to answer challenging questions about selling a slightly unusual property. The attention to detail provided by the team was really impressive and the fees were average against their competitors, arguably a bit cheaper than many, but non the less worth every penny. All in I signed with AC solely due to Susan Farmer, her approach, her incredible work ethic and her knowledge of the market! Here are some tangible examples of why I've provided a 10/10 rating: -Susan Farmer's knowledge of the property market. Susan is very experienced and has worked in a number of different climates from a booming property market to a slow market. She pulled on that varied and lengthy experience to ensure my property sold against a backdrop of some really challenging hurdles! -Good client communication. The team always called me same day or early morning after a viewer had attended. I never once had to chase for a feedback call. Many thanks to Alison! - Quality of schedule. AC use professional photographers to ensure that the best quality photos are used in seller's property schedules. I was even able to direct the photographer on the day to ensure I got all the photos I wanted. The narrative in the schedule was excellent and I had the ability to proof read it before finalised to check I was happy - Speed of responses. Any call or email was returned same day. That was also the case for viewers. If a viewer called the team were quick to arrange a viewing and ensured that the viewer knew exactly where the property was and how to access the building. This meant we didn't miss a single lead. Having viewed a few properties recently I know that isn't always the case with estate agents. Marketing team- AC also ran a few Facebook marketing campaigns to promote my property. They did this in a really engaging manner, really quirky, very modern and tapped into social media leads quickly and efficiently to get more viewers over the door. After sales- Even after my property had sold and AC had been paid the team helped me source mail from my old property by liaising with the new owner. No fee was chargeable for this but they were still keen to help me. All in I couldn't thank the team enough for making a stressful process a heck of a lot easier.

Generally pleased with the service - everyone is very nice. I did feel like I was chasing them a bit but think I may have just been a bit too keen! My final bill did come with an additional charge of £11k that wasn't for me, but thankfully I noticed (obviously!) and they were quick to resolve it.

We have been very pleased with very professional and comprehensive service provided by the Shawlands team of Aberdein Considine and have no hesitation in recommending them to all. They helped us to buy our new house and offered guidance on market conditions. Similar help was on hand when it came to the sale of our old house, with lovely photos for the online offering, which was part of a reasonably priced advertising offer. They also conducted all the viewings as part of this, at all odd sorts of times. The house sold very quickly. There was delight all round. We did have to wait for the buyers' paperwork but AC helped this along and they also helped with sorting out the tax involved in our particular circumstances. The solicitor kept us informed at all stages and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I hope he will help us in our next purchase, whenever that might be. Five stars seem insufficient. They are a great team.

We had an offer accepted on a house for sale through Aberdein Considine and decided to use them to sell our flat too so we only had one estate agent to deal with. Everything was very straight forward from the valuer coming out, to home report being carried out and excellent sales photos being taken. I chose to carry out the viewings myself and was kept up to date from Alison in the office on viewers names/time slots. We had enough interest to call a closing date after the first day of viewings and ended up accepting a fab offer 12% over the home report value. Very happy with the service and in our new home :)
