AK was great. I had dealt with mortgage advisors at other firms and the difference between them and AK was huge. AK would answer any question I had so much faster than anyone else, most of the time if I sent an email he would simply phone me so we could talk. If I missed his calls he would message on whatsapp until we could speak. I really appreciated this. At one point, I emailed him and got an auto-reply saying he was on annual leave. He still phoned me that day. But with AK as my mortgage advisor I always felt that I had the support of timely and professional advice and knew he would always respond almost immediately to all my queries.
