From the very first meeting of a member of staff from Clyde until the property sold, the service from Clyde has exceeded our expectations. Our initial meeting was with Gavin who provided us with all the information we required to make an informed decision about what Clyde could offer to assist with the selling of our property. We had another company to allow us to compare services. Even although the company's costs were slightly less, we felt Gavin's service delivery far outshone the other company which was more important to us. The expert photographic/video & marketing material was produced to a very high standard and presented the property extremely well. On my visit to the Branch to sign some paperwork I found the staff all to be friendly and well presented in their appearance. It also appeared that there was a nice working relationship between them ie a nice pleasant atmosphere. My contact throughout the sale process was Emma, who in any of the regular contact was a true professional. Emma also updated the online log after every communication with either prospective buyers or myself. I found this extremely helpful, especially when I wasn't available to take a call from her. When Emma was on holiday for 2 weeks she had been proactive in providing an excellent handover to ensure that her colleague Joyce was able to provide a seamless service which was very reassuring that the same standard of service was provided during this time. Any time I called the branch, every person who answered the telephone, did so in a very efficient and professional manner and I was never kept waiting any length of time to speak with anyone. However, if they weren't available, I was always given clear information of when they would be available or would call me back. Having dealt with other Estate Agents in the past, and having a clear expectation of what I envisaged good level of service would look like, I can say that the Clyde Property Shawlands Branch delivered a level of service that was faultless.
