Rented two properties from coda until I was offered a council property, otherwise I would still be with them now. Darren and Sharon work so hard and have done so well through their hard work. I had no issues whatsoever with my second property, the first property my upstairs neighbour was leaking through to my flat, and Darren one of the owners himself, came out to me on the weekend, which shows their dedication to their customers. They are very professional, but also down to earth, I got into financial difficulty at one point, and were very understanding to this and we worked out a payment plan. Couldn't fault coda!

Fantastic service from the girls at Coda Estates. As a buyer, we were kept informed by Monica throughout the purchasing process of any communication from the seller to us, and we recently enquired with them after purchase to have them contact the seller to find out something for us, which Claire was more than happy to do for us, and got a response to us within 1 working day!
