Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
In 2019, I've moved into Stirling. Got a flat through them.
Countrywide were outstanding in making sure it was simple to complete all required paperwork, and setting up payments etc. Countrywide consistently checked that we understood everything.
Since moving in, we were assigned Meaghan as our property manager. Meaghan is friendly and reliable for answering our questions. And then Mr.Darren McAra was allocated as a new property manager for our flat.
Our issues are registered by us through a portal. He is clearly tracking any new issues, he will notify through email about working with landlord and chase with them to approved for go-ahead. So, basically Darren has helped a lot from initial state till completed of every issues. That was amazing.

2 years ago I decided to move out for the first time with my girlfriend.
Countrywide were outstanding in making sure it was simple to complete all required paperwork, and setting up payments etc. Countrywide consistently checked that we understood everything.
Since moving in, we were assigned Meaghan as our property manager. Meaghan is friendly and reliable. Outstanding at resolving our issues, and answering our questions.
The largest of our issues required a replacement of our windows. Meaghan has been absolutely outstanding in arranging replacement, ensuring that myself and my landlord knew exactly what was going on.
Whenever Meaghan said she would call, she did. Whenever we were given a date for repair. The repairs happened.
Our little flat is now warm and dry.
5 Stars, would recommend.

I gave notice of a few issues that I had with my flat online and then received a call from Konrad Slawinski. Konrad dealt with everything and made sure I was always kept up to date. All issues are fixed and with no disruption to myself.
