C. B.I recently dealt with the Burnside branch when viewing and subsequently offering to buy, a property. Shona and the team were professional and responded promptly to any questions or requests which I had subsequently.
My only suggestion would be that when properties are being shown by the agent or representatives, that some handy information is available - ie how long has the property been on the market; what is the Council Charge banding etc. When I asked these questions during my viewing I was guided that I should call the branch next day. Having these questions answered at the time would have been more helpful.
