The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice and support throughout the whole process. From a tenant's perspective, nice, friendly staff who were easy to deal with. During my tenancy I had problems with the boiler and also the electricity supplier. Fiona and the team dealt with these issues professionally and effectively. They also seemed to have a good relationship with the owner. I should also mention that the initial deposit terms were much fairer to prospective tenants than the terms some other agents required (there was one I refused to deal with because of this), and that the final check-out was straightforward with no claims on the deposit. PS: Let me temper this review by saying that on no account should you accept Spark Energy as your supplier. Spark consistently got my bills wrong, and each month their debt collectors would be on my case BEFORE the bill had even arrived in the post! On leaving it took weeks before they managed to issue a correct bill. Needless to say their debt collectors Opos (try googling them), were daily threatening me while Spark had yet to finalise the bill correctly. And now, five months later, the harassment has resumed, despite the fact that I have paid the account in full.
