I cannot recommend Gardiner Waters enough. Myself and my partner were first-time renters and had been knocked back from many properties by other agencies as we had no references when we were first looking for somewhere to stay, however, Craig spoke to us and treated us as equal to everyone else and really made us feel welcome. The team have been such a pleasure to work with, any query was dealt with so quickly and we always received the very best service from the team. Honestly cannot recommend enough. Our experience with Gardiner Waters has been nothing short of 5 stars, from end to end they really laid out the template for what a letting agent should be. We moved into our property 4 and half years ago and it was handed over in immaculate condition, freshly painted. The guys were always quick to respond if anything did crop up, and issues were very often resolved within a few hours of letting them know. They obviously have a lot on their plates but even with a small team, you always felt like you were priority number 1. Even little things such as repainting a flaky ceiling they noticed on an inspection, they clearly take pride in the property they rent, and want to make sure you’re always as comfortable as possible. Even on moving out they were nothing but supportive in releasing our deposit less than 12 hours after we moved out and making sure that if we needed anything from them post move they’re just a call away. Polar opposite from what we’ve encountered before. Can’t thank them all enough for the last 4.5 years, great people and great at what they do, and example to others in their industry.

Gardiner Waters couldn't be a better letting agent. I have never seen a letting agent have all 5 star reviews on Google before! But it's for good reason. I have mainly been in touch with Craig, who has been professional, helpful, friendly and reliable right from the get go. The process of securing the flat, paying the deposit, signing the lease and getting the keys was all super smooth and easy. Craig is quick to respond to any issues and the flat is beautiful. Literally couldn't ask for more! Totally different experience than dealing with other Glasgow letting agents. Would recommend to anyone.
