J. G.Had a great experience renting from Goodearl for just over 2 years. Always had prompt responses from Andy and I appreciated renting from a smaller independent company who I felt were more personal than larger letting companies I have rented from in the past. I think niggles other reviewers are bringing up may happen in any property, and I found Goodearl to respond more quickly than other rental companies. I'm happily soon to start another tenancy with Goodearl.
z. !.I had to move during the pandemic and found a flat in the same building. Luckily Goodearl Property was there to help. Andy couldn’t have been more helpful with getting the paperwork all sorted and personally bringing me the keys so I could move in as quickly as possible.
Throughout my tenancy, whether I have had a leaky sink or faulty fridge, Andy has been on hand to help fix any issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goodearl to anyone and have only had 5-star service.

A. R.As others have mentioned I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have rented a flat with Goodearl for a couple of months (I'm moving due to work) and have nothing but positive things to say about the agency. The process of getting the flat was really clear and agents were really helpful with figuring out gas/el/internet providers and so on (as someone who moved into their own flat for the first time it was incredibly helpful). When I moved in the bed was a bit broken, when I informed Andy, he checked it the very next day and after another one I've had a brand new bed and mattress. Once my boiler broke the plumber was there to fix it the very next morning. Overall, whenever I had any doubts or required assistance Goodearl was quick to respond and help. Personally, I have rented a property in city centre and had no issues with dampness or mould and overall the flat was up to a really good standard, not mentioning the amazing location.
Unfortunately, I had to give a notice to leave the flat early (I've started a job in Edinburgh and commutes are horrible) and Andy handled it very friendly, providing all the information to make my move smooth. Based on my experience with Goodearl I can definitely recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and caring property company in Glasgow.

L. F.I read many negative reviews here and thought that I was heading for a lot of troubles when I rented my flat. A few weeks ago, I just moved out from my flat after 2 years of tenancy with Good Early Property. My experience has been very positive! The letting agents were very nice and always helpful. We had several little 'normal' issues throughout our tenancy with our flat (i.e dampness, old electric items that broke, and other casual little thing that may happen) and they have always been extremely helpful and found solutions for us. It has been the best agency I have dealt with for years! I hope that my next letting agency will be as good!
C. F. D.In spite of all the negative reviews here I've not had a single problem with them in the two years since renting their property. Repairs were done as asked, they even changed our carpets recognising they were quite worn. Never had to pay an extra penny.
