Had a great rental experience from Harvey Lets. I have rented many properties within Glasgow and these have been the best letting agents to deal with. In depth inventory complete with pictures. Any emails and queries were responded to very quickly. Dealt with Rachael, Candy, Carole and Scott, and all were lovely.

I have let twice with Harvey Lets. The first was in 2011 as my first rental on my own and the last was 2017 until recently which was my last rental before buying. I highly recommend Harvey Lets. Staff such as Carole and Scott are exemplary in their professional and helpful approach.

Excellent agents! I've used other rental agencies before to assist me in letting my property and they've always been almost adequate, but Harvey Lets have blown them out of the park with the service I get. There is a great flow of communication both ways, rent gets paid in a timely way and issues are dealt with likewise. They do the inspections they say they will and generally exceed the standard.

Best letting agents I have ever seen, their communication is prompt, issues when reported are addressed as soon as possible, always helping if any issues, track and remind whenever required and very honest. No false commitments. If any damages or issues in house, just let them know and they fix it quickly. If you keep house clean and well maintained, don’t worry about deposit amount. We received the full deposit! so happy with them & I always recommend them.

The team at Harvey Lets have let and managed our flat in Glasgow since 2000. In that time there have been many issues, but they have dealt with them all, swiftly and professionally. Although we are overseas and the time zones make discussions hard, we've always been delighted with their efficient and cost effective solutions. They are trustworthy and I don't ever feel they are driving their fees to my detriment. Rental payments are deposited in our account regularly and on time and with a simple to understand receipt unlike previous management companies I have used. Advice is offered when asked and in almost 15 years, we have very rarely been without a tenant. I would thoroughly recommend Harvey Lets and I trust them implicitly.
