Everything was so easy and organised for us. The girls in the office literally took care of everything, we mostly dealt with Karen who was so professional and on the ball with everything from arranging viewings to calling clients back for feedback on the viewings, all the staff were amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of both buying from and selling through the team at Home Connexions, and from seeing both sides of the process I would highly recommend them. The team stand apart from other agents as, among other things, they stay involved until completion rather than just allowing it to fall to the solicitors once the home is under offer! As a buyer, I was kept well informed as the sale progressed, and when inter-lawyer conversations seemed to break down the team were happy to step in and ensure both the seller and us as buyers were kept informed which allowed the sale to complete smoothly! I cannot fault the team or my experience with Home Connexions. My property was listed for sale on the Friday night and by the following Tuesday was Under Offer after going to a closing date. I have no doubt in my mind that if I had went to a Monday to Friday agent then there’s no way this would of happened so quickly or efficiently. I don't generally leave reviews unless the service I receive is exceptional. The owner Tony is very much hands on and works all the hours to provide what I would class as exceptional service. From Tony coming to meet us at the house we knew we were in safe hands. He was totally upfront with costs and what level of service would be provided. You will find the staff in the East Kilbride branch very easy to deal with, with a very friendly and knowledgeable attitude and a close attention to detail. The staff were on hand seven days a week to help with any queries. The photographer and video people were also top drawer and the house was fully on the market in a matter of days. From initial marketing to sale was four weeks which pleased us enormously, We also achieved target price set out. Once again Thank You Tony and Staff Keep up the great work!
