Indigo Square were the factors for my fathers flat for over 4 years and during that time we had nothing but positive experiences with them. Always quick to act on tips of work required, proactive problem-solvers, great communicators with very competitive prices. They are a small business and this is definitely reflected in their attention to detail and commitment to getting to know their clientele. Particular thanks to Brian and Val. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I cannot recommend Indigo Square highly enough. I have dealt with most of the big factors whilst developing property over the last 6 years. Tom at Indigo Square is a breath of fresh air and he gets things done like yesterday! Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. At last, a decent factor!

We noticed a significant positive improvement when we switched factors to Indigo. They were very responsive, the contractors they used were efficient and effective and the annual cost was significantly lower than our previous factor. Staff at indigo are all friendly and do what they say they will do, when they said they would do it, which is really what you are looking for from a factor. They lose a star for having a bit of a wonky invoicing and payment system

I have never had good experince with factors before but Indigo Sqaure have changed my views. Understanding they facilitate the owners decicions and don't actually hold any major authoirty eased my mind, Brian actually changed my mind during the meeting. People are often angry at the factor when it really is other owners either not paying the contractors invocies or making the factors life difficult (not providing access etc). I was one of these people and thought i was in the right not paying until I was happy, how wrong was I. Thank you Brian for taking your time to explain and not just shoving me off like previous factors. Mr MacDougal
