K Property managed the sale of my property in Cumbernauld. Katrina attended and gave a thorough explanation of the house sale process and associated costs. The property was quickly marketed and I was provided with regular updates on prospective buyer viewings. Having agreed a sale, Katrina managed regular visits to the property until the sake was concluded. Katrina was also able to recommend local solicitors to administer the sale. Office staff from K Property were quick to email with any teething sale issues ensuring they were quickly resolved. The service I received from start to finish was excellent. Without hesitation, I would recommend others in my position using K Property.

Contacted K Property around the November time to sell our home and they advised us not to sell till the January time as usually that's when folk start to look to move, which told me they werent just after our money. In the January the owner came down to put our house on the market and told us the house would sell in 2 weeks......She was wrong.......in a good way....... as it sold in a week!! They answered all my calls, got back to me within the time frame stated, and were 100% professional at all times. Very down to earth company, who will tell you as it is and do everything by the book.
