Scott is extremely knowledgable about the real estate market and his networking ability went a long way in ensuring my property got the proper exposure. Couldn’t recommend Scott @ Miller Estate Agents enough. A truly first class professional approach to dealing with everything to do with selling my home. After having a ‘so called’ main stream estate agency over to my house before Scott, the difference was unbelievable. We met Scott last year when deciding to sell our home , at the time he was working with purple bricks .We had a few well known estate agents visit too and out of them all he was the only one that gave us his honest opinion on whether to upgrade our bathroom and convert garage ,( which we were already thinking of doing but needed a bit of advice on it ).Every estate agent we had in said not to bother as it wouldn't make a difference to price , we got the feeling they just wanted the sale. if we had listened to them we would certainly not have got the price we were after .Scott advised us on what to do. He could've been like the rest and just take the sale , but after 6months we contacted Scott ( by this time he had left purple bricks) in doing so we not only received a very personal and bespoke service that suited us but got the price we were looking for , and our house was sold in 10 days . We will be using Scott again in October to sell our cottage in Arrochar once the works have been completed .
